I forgot to write an entry yesterday. You didn't miss much. Nothing spectacular happened.
Yesterday:
As always, I went to the gym after I dropped Mike off at school. I did 30 minutes of cardio, my strength work out, followed by 30 more minutes of cardio. After the gym, I went to visit a friend. I gave her a big sweaty hug (I was pretty darn sweaty).
Today:
I am a little disappointed in myself today. I only walked for about 40 minutes. I had a session with Ben today. I really pushed myself to do the sets that he wanted me to do. Some of them they were extremely painful hehe.
I talked to Ben about my results. I weighed myself this morning and I was at the same weight that I started at. I have been going to the gym 3 days a week and I'm doing 5 hours a week of cardio. He checked my body fat with this machine that I hold, and I went down a point in that (in 1 week). So I know that I am getting results, I am just not seeing them right away. He told me to stop logging my cardio. He doesn't want me to eat my cardio calories and then we will see how that does in a week or so.
Today I felt pretty discouraged about my results. Seeing that my body fat stats went down helped a little. It's hard to keep up all of this hard work when I don't see any results. I'll keep going and try harder.
