It hurts so good.

Monday I began my new workout routine thanks to the Nerd Fitness Academy. Yesterday, I felt pretty good. I woke up with no pain and no soreness, which is always a plus. I spent the day building legos with my son and relaxing. Later in the evening, Matt and I began renovating our daughters room. I was fine in the beginning.
